Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Carrier Packet Pro and Techspatch Logistics Management LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Digital Products and Services

We provide custom digital carrier packet setups and downloadable software tools. Due to the immediate and digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or the service has been rendered, unless otherwise stated.

3. Software License (White-Label Tool)

If you purchase the White-Label Generator Software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own dispatching business or agency. You may use it to generate unlimited packets for your clients. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or copying the underlying source code of the Generator Tool itself as a standalone product.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents (COI, CDL, Authority, etc.) you provide to us to build your packet. We are not liable for any fraudulent, expired, or incorrect documentation provided by carriers or dispatchers using our service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techspatch Logistics Management LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Carrier Packet Pro, including but not limited to lost loads, lost revenue, or broker rejections.
